CRYPTOCASTLE

Terms of Use

Last updated 22 September 2026

CryptoCastle is an online game operated by the people behind cstl.live ("we", "us"). By creating a castle you agree to what follows. If you do not agree with it, do not create a castle.

1. What CryptoCastle is

CryptoCastle is a game. You build a base, mine an in-game token called castlecoin (CSTL), and attack other players' bases to take some of theirs. It is entertainment. It is not an investment product, a savings account, a financial service or a regulated exchange, and we do not offer investment, tax or financial advice of any kind.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use blockchain tokens where you live. Some countries restrict or prohibit this. Working out whether you are allowed to play is your responsibility, not ours.

3. Your account is your wallet

You sign in by signing a plain text message with a Solana wallet. That signature proves the wallet is yours. It costs nothing and approves no transaction.

Whoever controls the wallet controls the castle. We cannot restore access to a wallet you have lost, and we cannot move a castle to a different wallet. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key, and no legitimate part of this game will ever need them. Anyone who does ask is trying to rob you.

4. The account fee

Creating a castle costs a one-off payment of 5 USDC to the project treasury. It is not refundable, it does not become castlecoins, and it buys nothing except the ability to create a castle. It exists to make running large numbers of automated accounts expensive.

5. How your coins are held — read this one

Castlecoins you deposit leave your wallet and are held by us in the project treasury. The balance the game shows you is a record of what we owe you. It is not a token sitting in your wallet, and it is not held in a segregated or insured account. In substance this is the same arrangement as holding a balance on an exchange.

You may withdraw matured coins at any time and we will send real tokens back to your wallet. Coins mature 24 hours after they land in your vault. There is no withdrawal fee. Withdrawals are subject to a daily cap and to the treasury being able to reach the Solana network.

While we hold your coins you are relying on our servers, our keys and our competence. Do not deposit more than you would be relaxed about losing.

6. Raiding is permanent

Other players can attack your base and take up to 25% of the coins in your vaults, and you can do the same to them. Coins lost this way are gone. We will not reverse a raid, compensate a loss or restore coins taken from you, whatever the circumstances — including if you were away, asleep, or did not understand how the game worked.

7. Land purchases

Land is cosmetic. It changes nothing about how a base plays, mines or defends. Land is paid for in USDC, never in castlecoins, and purchases are final and non-refundable. If we retire a map, bases already on it keep it.

8. Fair play

You agree not to:

If you break these rules we may suspend or delete your castle and any coins in it, without notice and without refund. If you find a bug that gives an unfair advantage, tell us rather than using it — see security.txt.

9. The token

CSTL is a fixed-supply SPL token on Solana, created on pump.fun with the mint authority revoked. It trades on a public market that we do not control. Its value can go to zero. We make no promise about its price, its liquidity, or that any market for it will continue to exist. Buying it is your decision alone.

10. Availability, changes and ending

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". It may be slow, break, lose data or go offline. We may change the rules, the economy, the prices and the game itself at any time, including in ways that reduce what your base is worth.

We may stop operating the game. If we do, we will give as much notice as we reasonably can and aim to let players withdraw their matured coins first, but we cannot guarantee that will be possible in every circumstance.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost coins, lost tokens, lost value, lost time, downtime, bugs, raids, forks, wallet compromises, the acts of other players, or anything that happens on the Solana network. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator is established, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
